Sue Rusch gained direct selling industry expertise while building an independent field sales organization with The Pampered Chef.  Starting in the 1980’s with three young children, Sue grew her “part-time venture” into a profitable sales team of 1,500 generating annual sales of $19 Million. With progressively increasing growth over a fifteen-year field career, Sue earned numerous awards for excellence in leadership and was celebrated as The Pampered Chef’s top recruiter for three consecutive years.

While Sue’s roots are in the field, she has worked on the corporate side of the business for the last decade. The former Vice President and General Manager of Crayola’s party-plan division, Sue’s experience expanded to include leading a start-up company in an established corporate environment. Today, Sue works independently with direct selling corporations and field entrepreneurs.
